Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Nanoscience or Engineering.
• Experience with Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiment methods is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new or modified processes and methods used in manufacturing, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors.
• Collaborate with group engineers to define criteria and formats for hardware and process evaluations.
• Compile, analyze and present experimental data to colleagues.
• Create and revise standard operating procedures; document tasks for future reference.
• Analyze test data to determine design limits and variables for process or material specs.
• Assist in interpretation of physical and chemical behaviors as part of process characterization.
• Become familiar with semiconductor processing techniques through literature and hands-on learning.
• Prepare and present a final project report.
• Complete safety training to work in TEL process lab.
