You will own engineering execution, resource planning, and design standards to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

You will oversee design reviews, system specifications, and cross-functional collaboration with Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, and PM teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors in mechanical or industrial engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years as mechanical engineer and 3 years as engineering manager.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks; experience with AutoCAD/DraftSight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and approve mechanical and automation system designs and BOMs.
• Direct engineering execution to meet scope, schedule and cost targets.
• Manage staff including hiring, performance and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Drive continuous improvement in design, manufacturability and cost.
