Responsabilidades

• Oversee mechanical and cleanroom systems (HVAC, air handling, humidity and pressurization controls).
• Manage process cooling, boilers, compressed air, and vacuum systems.
• Direct ultrapure water, wastewater, electrical power distribution, and life-safety systems.
• Lead capital planning, reliability performance, and project execution across the asset base.
• Coordinate vendors and budgets and ensure safety and compliance.

Engineering Manager – Semiconductor Operations - Gas and Chemical

Well-established and busy semiconductor manufacturing facilities management company seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Boise, ID. This role owns technical strategy, engineering standards, reliability performance, and project execution across the facilities asset base, and converts equipment and field data into engineering decisions, capital plans, and corrective action

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an operations professional with experience in semiconductor manufacturing, high-purity gases, chemicals, cleanroom environments, or other critical high-tech operations.

Responsibilities

The position covers mechanical and cleanroom systems (HVAC, air handling, humidity and pressurization controls), process cooling and chilled water, boilers and steam, compressed air and process vacuum, ultrapure and industrial water, wastewater and waste treatment, electrical power distribution, UPS and emergency power, specialty gas and chemical delivery, exhaust and abatement, building automation and controls, and life-safety and monitoring systems, together with the people, budget, and vendor relationships required to sustain them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, high-tech manufacturing, or a closely related industry.
• Strong understanding of high-purity gas and chemical systems, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations.
• Experience leading technical teams in a safety-critical or highly regulated environment.

This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity offering room for advancement, the starting base pay range is $140K-$180K (doe) plus benefits and incentives. Relocation assistance is available.
