Job summary

Yoh Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our client in the semiconductor manufacturing industry in Marlborough, MA. This position supports chemical manufacturing operations through batch processing, material handling, packaging, and equipment operation in a plant environment.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Schedule features rotating day/night shifts (4 days on / 4 days off) with Day 6:45 AM–7:15 PM and Night 6:45

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced plant.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety programs and training.
Follow operating procedures and manufacturing protocols.
Perform batch processing according to written procedures.
Operate, monitor, and inspect process equipment and systems.
Receive and execute work assignments from supervisors and team leads.
Complete routine production activities including labeling, forming/boxing, material handling and packaging.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.
