Job summary

Yoh Staffing is seeking a Chemical Operator for our client in Marlborough, MA. This role supports chemical manufacturing operations through batch processing, material handling, and equipment operation in a plant environment.

The position features a rotating day/night schedule (4 days on / 4 days off) with day shift 6:45 AM–7:15 PM and night 6:45 PM–7:15 AM; training on day shift during the first 4 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety programs and training.
• Follow operating procedures and manufacturing protocols.
• Perform batch processing according to written procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and inspect process equipment and systems.
• Receive and execute work assignments from supervisors and team leads.
• Complete routine production activities including labeling, forming and filling boxes, material handling and packaging.
