Job summary

Yoh Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our client in Marlborough, MA. This role supports chemical manufacturing operations through batch processing, material handling, packaging, and equipment operation in a plant environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused and detail-oriented.

Schedule is rotating 4 days on/4 days off, day shift 6:45 AM–7:15 PM and night shift 6:45 PM–7:15 AM. Training on the day shift for four weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and manufacturing protocols.
• Perform batch processing and handle materials.
• Operate, monitor, and inspect process equipment.
• Complete routine production tasks including labeling, packing, and material movement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
