Yoh Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our client in Marlborough, MA. This role supports chemical manufacturing operations with batch processing, material handling, packaging, and equipment operation in a plant setting.

The position requires safety focus, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Schedule features rotating day and night shifts (4 days on / 4 days off) with specific shift hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety programs and training.
• Follow operating procedures and manufacturing protocols.
• Perform batch processing according to written procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and inspect process equipment and systems.
• Receive and execute work assignments from supervisors and team leads.
• Complete routine production activities including labeling, packaging, and material handling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and quality standards; communicate with team.
