Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes in fabrication of parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and manage manufacturing engineering projects.
• Lead with DFx to estimate and reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, and review work methods and policies.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions; perform PFMEA and provide reports.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
