Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale.
  • U.S. work authorized without sponsorship.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of new products.
  • Estimate manufacturing costs.
  • Determine time standards and tooling/process requirements.
  • Develop design methods and project proposals.
  • Develop workflows for Discrepant material.
  • Assist in concept and feasibility studies.
  • Manage Discrepant Material Engineering decisions.
  • Evaluate work methods, procedures and policies.
