Responsibilities

• Characterize dopant profiles and implant recipes to drive new process development.
• Balance SIMS lab activities to meet internal and external requirements.
• Develop and refine SOPs for tool operation, qualification, and performance tracking.
• Drive advanced SIMS techniques to support new device architectures and tech inflections.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on experimental design and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain on-site lab presence to support operations and cross-functional work.
