Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution.
• Generate accurate and profitable quotes and sample responses following procedures.
• Follow up on business opportunities and provide weekly status updates; collaborate with Sales and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
• Support achievement of monthly and quarterly booking goals through order closure.
• Attend production meetings and provide customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor and drive orders through production to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
