Job summary

CKD USA Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a Customer Support Representative to join the Semiconductor Business Unit. You will provide daily customer support and inside sales assistance, coordinating with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to address needs efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of inside sales or customer support/service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Dynamics or other ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce timely quotations for product inquiries and confirm availability and discounts.
• Verify and enter orders with quote history and lead times; manage order confirmations.
• Liaise between customers and production for delivery schedules and status updates.
• Provide basic technical support on product specifications and part numbers.
• Support sales with reports, inventory inquiries, and shipping notifications.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time shipments and returns.
