Job summary

TPD® Workforce Solutions in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a Senior Manager, Central Technical Support to lead a specialized semiconductor technical support team and shape operations while supporting key customer projects.

The role requires 5+ years in the semiconductor industry, strong technical leadership, and the ability to move cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
Strong understanding of wafer fabrication equipment.
Experience coaching and developing engineering or service teams.
Proven ability to resolve complex equipment issues and escalations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the central technical support team, setting priorities and driving timely execution.
Own complex equipment escalations by coordinating field service, engineering, and R&D.
Oversee the initial Bromont customer project, coordinating technical support and service delivery.
Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and training.
Improve support processes and coordinate spare parts and resources.
Lead customer meetings and ensure follow-through on service commitments.
