Job summary

ASM in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Service Manager to lead all customer service operations for ASM equipment in the region. You will oversee installation, qualification, and ongoing support of PEALD & PECVD tools, manage spare parts, financial performance, and a team of Field Service Engineers, partnering with Micron and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of field service management in semiconductor capital equipment, strong knowledge of ASM

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of field service management experience in semiconductor equipment preferred.
Experience with P&L management, forecasting, and business processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, qualification, and service support of ASM equipment in the region.
Manage spare parts depots and consignment inventory levels.
Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and site personnel.
Collaborate with Micron and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Ensure regional financial targets for service and spares are met.
Drive safety, quality, and compliance across service activities.
