Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, or Mechatronics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex equipment failures.
• Able to read electric schematics, wiring diagrams, and service procedures.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for corrective maintenance, equipment recoveries, and escalations on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, vacuum, RF, pneumatic, software, and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis using troubleshooting methods and equipment data to prevent recurring failures.
• Lead equipment recovery efforts during downtime events and coordinate with technicians and customer teams.
• Support tool installation, startup, qualification, retrofit, and upgrades while following standards.
