Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service procedures.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for corrective maintenance, equipment recoveries, and escalations on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, vacuum, RF, pneumatic, software, and process-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis using troubleshooting methodologies and data to prevent recurring failures.
• Lead and coordinate equipment recovery during downtime events and outages.
• Collaborate with technicians to improve maintenance strategies and overall equipment performance.
• Support tool installations, startups, qualifications, retrofits, and upgrades with adherence to standards.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and technical reports.
• Communicate clearly with management and customers regarding status, plans, and risks.
