Job summary

Mykelly is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer II to install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair single wafer deposition equipment at customer sites. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to keep semiconductor manufacturing tools operating safely and reliably.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform upgrades, document service reports, train customer staff, and stay current on equipment procedures through ongoing training. A strong electromechanical background and U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting is required.
• Experience in a semiconductor fab environment is preferred.
• Field service engineering experience in customer settings is expected.
• U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, modify, and repair semiconductor equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose equipment issues and respond to service needs, including urgent calls.
• Coordinate with customers and teams to reduce downtime.
• Replace parts and perform equipment upgrades/modifications.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Help customer technicians learn operation and maintenance.
• Stay current on procedures through ongoing training.
• Safeguard company tools, vehicles and property.
• Follow site safety requirements and conduct standards at customer sites.
