Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks an Associate Director of Production Control for the MCU Product Center in Andover, MA. Reporting to the Director of Production Control and Logistics, you will lead a 35–40 person team and oversee material planning, work-in-process, and production scheduling to meet delivery commitments.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive cost, quality and schedule objectives, champion continuous improvement and ensure safety

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with minimum 12 years of experience in production control, planning, logistics or related field.
• Experience leading daily operations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and DoD environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 35-40 person team to drive performance and development.
• Oversee production control, material planning, and work-in-process management.
• Partner with Ops, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.
• Implement process improvements and CORE/COST savings initiatives.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
