Job summary

Relevate is seeking an experienced Design Lead / Project Manager to support a semiconductor manufacturing line in Chandler, Arizona. You will lead design and installation packages, coordinate with engineering teams, and manage schedule and budget to deliver safe, efficient installations.

The role requires collaboration with client stakeholders, field validation, and ensuring alignment with US/European standards. On-site work with multidisciplinary teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Master’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or MBA preferred.
• 4–5 years of engineering, design, construction, or PM experience.
• Experience with semiconductor facilities or related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with CAD and engineering design documentation.
• Experience supporting construction or field installation activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration platforms (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
• Experience with mathematical modeling and engineering calculations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of installation packages for semiconductor equipment.
• Coordinate with client and multidisciplinary teams to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee design content and respond to client comments and feedback.
• Lead client meetings to review packages and progress, address issues.
