Job summary

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS seeks a Tool Install Design Manager for a major semiconductor project in Peoria, AZ. You will lead design efforts, coordinate tool install interfaces, and ensure alignment with aggressive schedules.

Relocation to Peoria is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, vendor coordination, and experience with complex equipment installation in high-tech manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing engineering and design for complex equipment installation projects in high tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design involving process piping, gases, electrical, controls, and cleanroom infrastructure.
• Ability to lead large engineering and design teams and coordinate with vendors, customers, and construction partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate engineering and design activities for semiconductor tool installation and tool hook up scope from planning through startup.
• Coordinate tool specific design requirements and interfaces between manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Translate vendor documentation and facility constraints into coordinated design scope and installation packages.
• Manage design interfaces with base build infrastructure including cleanroom, subfab, utility, structural, and life safety requirements.
• Drive multidisciplinary design coordination to identify clashes and resolve scope boundaries before field installation.
• Oversee design deliverables and release priorities to support move-in, qualification, and commissioning milestones.
• Lead change management for evolving tool requirements and assess impacts on cost, schedule, and installation sequencing.
• Review design packages for constructability and alignment with project standards.
