Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a major semiconductor fab base build in Chandler, Arizona. The role focuses on electrical infrastructure, including substations, distribution, and site-wide power in a highly coordinated MEP environment.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of electrical construction for large industrial facilities, with direct semiconductor fab base build exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical construction for large industrial/semiconductor projects.
• Direct semiconductor fab base build experience preferred.
• Experience managing large electrical construction packages on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of medium/low voltage distribution, substations, switchgear, transformers, and electrical rooms.
• Experience coordinating in congested MEP environments.
• Understanding of turnover, commissioning, energization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for electrical construction on semiconductor fab base build and facility infrastructure.
• Review drawings, specifications, and documentation for constructability and field execution.
• Coordinate electrical scope across fab, subfab, utility, and site infra areas.
• Review design packages, RFIs, submittals, and contractor deliverables.
• Assist with contractor bid reviews, scope clarifications, and selections.
• Support transition from design into construction and ensure safety compliance.
