Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a high-volume, high-precision fab environment. You will execute production plans, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

You will supervise hiring, coaching, and performance reviews; maintain ISO and EHS standards; partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to optimize yield and cycle time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
• Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities across tools and processes.
• Monitor KPIs including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on-time delivery.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of production issues impacting safety, quality, or output.
• Directly supervise a team of technicians and operators; conduct coaching and performance check-ins.
• Complete hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and timekeeping activities; perform performance reviews.
