FormFactor, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a high-volume, high-precision fab environment. You will execute production plans, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.
You will supervise hiring, coaching, and performance reviews; maintain ISO and EHS standards; partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to optimize yield and cycle time.

Shift FB C: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 7:00am to 7:15pm.
The Manufacturing Supervisor leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a high-volume, high-precision FormFactor semiconductor fab environment. This role is responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.
