Qualifications

• Requires 2-year associate technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering or equivalent military electronics training.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and SPC knowledge in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment.
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce tool downtime.
• Monitor and analyze tool data; recommend maintenance procedure improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects.
• Communicate machine status verbally in daily pass-down meetings.
• Provide clear written communications to engineers and technicians on other shifts.
