Job summary

The role involves working with process engineers and operators to ensure equipment performance and uptime. The candidate will perform preventive maintenance on Datacon die attach, K&S wirebond, Disco saws and ASM SMT equipment, assist with installations and moves, and support LEAN initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills required.
• Hands-on ability and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to work in a 24/7 manufacturing facility and in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment (Datacon die attach, K&S wirebond, Disco saws, ASM SMT equipment).
• Assist with equipment installation, de-installation and moves.
• Collaborate with process engineers and operators to optimize equipment performance.
• Support LEAN activities (organization, 5S, continuous improvement).
• Work a compressed work week as required.
