Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military experience.
• 2 years hands-on technical maintenance experience in high-volume semiconductor environment.
• Direct experience on wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Adherence to all company safety protocols.
• Ability to collaborate and drive improvements through experimentation toward standardized methods.
• Strong mechanical, electronic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid workplace soft skills and fluent English communication.
• Comfortable navigating and operating computers.
• MS Office proficiency a plus.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Hands-on participation and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Physically capable of standing/walking up to 12 hours per shift and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend/twist/kneel/reach/squat as needed.
• Must wear respirator and PPE for hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment.
• Prioritize tasks with factory management to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with peers, supervisor, and engineering to identify root causes and improve equipment availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and service reps; attend trainings as required.
• Attend shift pass-down meetings and report daily activities.
• Document all work performed on equipment.
