Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical maintenance in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
• Direct experience on wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Candidate must adhere to all company safety protocols.
• Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration to improve equipment availability and processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment.
• Work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks.
• Collaborate with peers, supervisor, and engineering to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Engage with vendors and field service personnel; attend training if required.
• Attend shift pass-down meetings and document all work performed on equipment.
