Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in high-volume semiconductor environment.
• Direct experience on wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with a drive toward standardized methods.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to navigate and operate computers; comfortable working with MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment.
• Prioritize tasks with factory management and coordinate with peers and engineering.
• Investigate root causes of failures and drive improvements to equipment availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and field service; participate in required trainings.
• Attend shift hand-off meetings and document all work performed.
