Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering or related field (or equivalent military training).
• Technician I: 1+ years hands-on with complex equipment or automation systems.
• Technician II: 3+ years hands-on with complex equipment or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on thermal and plasma ALD equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and automation issues on semiconductor equipment.
• Monitor tool status, alarms, and performance; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in installation, modification, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Support engineers with hardware and process problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical docs to diagnose issues.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Coordinate spare parts, consumables, and chemical inventory.
