Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Equipment Installation Engineer to bring machinery from shipment to production-ready state on site in Texas. The role requires reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs, plus hands-on diagnostic and calibration work.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of engineering principles.
• Hands-on tool & instrument competency.
• Experience reading CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.

Responsabilités

• Read schematics and blueprints to position equipment accurately.
• Diagnose why a machine doesn't power up or shows abnormal vibrations.
• Perform electrical testing, calibration, and control logic checks.
• Coordinate rigging, installation, and safety procedures on site.
• Maintain installation logs and as-built drawings for future maintenance.
