Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an Equipment Installation Engineer to bring complex machinery from crate to production-ready state. You will operate at the crossroads of mechanical, electrical, and project-management disciplines.

Your duties include interpreting CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs, performing installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning, and coordinating with vendors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Hands-on tool and diagnostic instrument competency required.
• Safety training in LOTO and OSHA standards is expected.

Responsabilités

• Read CAD drawings and assembly diagrams for precise placement.
• Interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs for power and control routing.
• Conduct installation, calibration, and site testing of equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and on-site teams to meet schedules.
• Follow LOTO and safety protocols during installation.
