Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Installation Engineer to join the Photo Install team. You will collaborate on installing semiconductor fabrication equipment, prioritizing safety and open communication to improve processes across the facility.

You will mentor junior members, lead installation efforts, and respond quickly to issues while documenting root causes and countermeasures. On-site role with strong emphasis on collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or extensive photo equipment experience.
• 10+ years of photo equipment experience with exposure, coating/developing or reticle inspection knowledge.
• Photo equipment install experience and materials knowledge for semiconductor processing.
• General knowledge of mechanical, fluid, gas and exhaust piping and interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Participate in safety systems related to installation of semiconductor equipment and facilities.
• Demonstrate understanding of installation procedures.
• Lead and execute installation safely, determine root causes and develop countermeasures.
• Take ownership of assigned projects.
• Share insights with the installation team and mentor junior members.
