Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Field Services Technician to join the San Jose team, supporting the assembly, refurbishment, and repair of Nokia semiconductor systems. The role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with small hand tools and a strong mechanical aptitude, collaborating with engineers on projects.

Qualifications

Experience using small hand tools in manufacturing, assembly, technician, or semiconductor environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
Previous experience with semiconductor equipment, electronics, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers with disassembling and reassembling semiconductor systems using small hand tools.
Replace and install new components according to engineering specifications.
Perform mechanical assembly, equipment modifications, and basic troubleshooting.
Follow work instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support engineering projects and other technical tasks as needed.
