The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical aptitude and a willingness to travel up to 20–35% internationally or domestically. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include servicing equipment at customer sites, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing failures, and preparing service documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electronics and mechanical systems.
• Experience in semiconductor or related high-tech industries preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and diagnose equipment issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose tool failures with service checklists.
• Document downtime, issues, and service reports; escalate design issues when needed.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and support center operations.
