Job summary

RTX is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer for the 1st shift in a 9/80 schedule. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair metal evaporation/sputter systems and lift-off equipment in a cleanroom, ensuring uptime and safety in a dynamic production environment.

Required is a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years. SEMI 10 knowledge and strong documentation skills are preferred for successful operations.

Qualifications

Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing equipment issues using experience, system knowledge, and technical manuals.
Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
