Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain relationships with customers, engineering, quality, production and sales.

You will document and communicate order processing details and date-sensitive needs, acting as the voice between the customer and Pentagon to ensure satisfaction. The role requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and multi-tasking under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must speak, read and write English; additional languages a plus.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a business setting or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to organize and prioritize email traffic.
• Multitask well and remain professional under pressure.
• Preferred experience in the Semiconductor Industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all communications between the customer and Pentagon Technologies via email, phone, and teleconference.
• Expedite requests and act as intermediary between customer and engineering on processing issues.
• Update accounts, including expedite fees and order details.
• Follow procedures to ensure timely responses to inquiries and issues.
• Attend daily site meetings, production planning, and customer escalations to ensure quality service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relations.
