Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Portland, OR to maintain relationships with customers, engineering, quality, production and sales.

You will document and communicate order processing details and other date-sensitive needs, serving as the voice between the customer and Pentagon Technologies for excellent service. The role requires handling communications, expediting requests, and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Preferred: experience in Semiconductor Industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all communications between the customer and Pentagon Technologies via email, phone, and teleconference calls; attend on-site meetings when required.
• Coordinate requests, expediting needs, and manage account updates between customer and engineering.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure consistent, reliable, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Attend daily site meetings, production planning, and customer escalations to maintain high service levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regularly and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Become proficient with customer portals and meeting customer expectations.
