Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Portland, OR to manage customer communications and order processing details with cross-functional teams.

You will serve as the voice for customers, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate responses and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will monitor portals, prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment, and attend on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a business setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize high email volume.

Responsibilities

• Handle all communications between the customer and Pentagon Technologies via email, phone and teleconference.
• Act as intermediary between customer and engineering on processing issues.
• Document and communicate order processing details and date-sensitive needs.
• Attend daily site meetings, production planning, and customer escalations.
• Maintain customer portals and manage account updates.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
