Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct semiconductor project management experience.
• Strong understanding of tool installation and high-purity piping.
• Experience with DI/UPW, chemical/gas systems, and complex MEP sequencing.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing project lead and maintain communication with the client.
• Own project scope, execution planning, schedule, cost control, change management, risk mitigation, reporting, and handover.
• Oversee semiconductor construction scopes including cleanroom work, wet mechanical utilities, and high-purity piping.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, procurement, field teams, and client stakeholders to drive schedule performance.
• Review progress, critical path, resource needs, material readiness, quality issues, safety risks, and recovery plans with leads.
• Ensure project execution complies with safety, quality, cleanroom, contamination-control, permitting, and client requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates, KPIs, issue logs, escalation items, and lessons learned to leadership and client stakeholders.
