Qualifications

• Construction project management experience in semiconductor facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and budgets.
• Strong reading of drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead construction meetings and provide project status updates.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve schedule and execution risks.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
