15+ years leading large industrial construction projects.
10+ years managing technical and project teams.
Experience as owner’s representative on major capital projects.
Proven success delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing programs exceeding $500M in total project value.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of a $500M-$1B semiconductor capital program.
Serve as GlobalFoundries’ primary construction representative.
Drive project strategy, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Ensure delivery of safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
Oversee construction and integration of facilities and tools.
