IQE in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Characterization Technician to perform device processing and testing for epitaxial structures produced by MBE. You will operate lithography and etching steps, collect data, and generate preliminary reports while ensuring cleanroom and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Perform device processing and testing for MBE structures.
• Operate lithography, wet etching, and related equipment.
• Collect data, analyze results, and generate preliminary reports.
• Maintain cleanroom and inspection protocols.
• Interface with management, operations, engineering, and equipment staff.
• Assist calibrations and wafer scans for characterization and testing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement activities in production.
