Job summary
Micross is seeking a full-time ISV Technical Maintenance Technician in Durham, NC. The role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of BEOL semiconductor processing equipment, including photolithography, etching, deposition, and electroplating systems, within a dynamic R&D and production environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance of semiconductor processing tools, experience with vacuum technology, RF electronics, and electro-mechanical repair, and be willing to
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
- 2- or 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of job experience is a plus.
- Experience with semiconductor process technologies.
- Willingness to perform hands-on mechanical work.
- Knowledge of wafer processing equipment and cleanroom environment a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on BEOL equipment.
- Support photolithography, etching, deposition, and electroplating equipment.
- Organize work areas and inventory spares.
- Ensure safety policies and ITAR compliance.
