Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow detailed procedures, experimental plans, and safety protocols.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process development labs, or related high-technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ALD, CMP, Metrology production systems for process development, customer demonstrations, and technology qualification activities.
• Perform wafer handling, sample preparation, process execution, and post-process metrology activities.
• Execute process experiments, collect data, and maintain accurate experimental records.
• Monitor tool performance and assist in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and recovery activities.
• Support chamber qualification, process characterization, and tool matching activities.
• Participate in tool ownership activities, BKM development, lab sustaining, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols involving semiconductor equipment, chemicals, gases, and facility systems.
• Participate in cross-training across multiple process modules and characterization techniques.
