ASM is seeking a process unit/tech support professional in Phoenix to assist process engineers with thin film deposition equipment and metrology tools used in semiconductor packaging.

You will engage with R&D activities and help improve workflows while maintaining safety and quality standards. A BS or AS degree plus 1–2 years of related experience is expected, with proficient communication and strong technical skills.

Competenze

• BS degree in a physical science or AS degree or equivalent professional training.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in semiconductor R&D, manufacturing, or failure analysis lab.
• Experience operating metrology tools for thin film characterization.
• Sample preparation experience using precision cleaving tools is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/ Teams/ Office applications.
• Flexibility to support swing shift and/or weekend schedule.
