Select Sires, Inc. in Plain City, Ohio, seeks a Semen Processing Intern to join our team. This temporary full-time, hourly, non-exempt position supports semen evaluation, processing, and QC under the supervision of the Manager of Semen Processing and Quality Control.

Responsibilities

Initial semen evaluation and processing; sterilization of glassware and lab equipment.
Transportation of semen.
Performing semen quality control evaluations, semen extender preparation, general laboratory maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Assisting with research projects, including sample preparation and analysis.
Development and execution of an independent research project is a possibility, but not a requirement.
