1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Manager, SEM to lead paid search across brands, driving revenue and customer acquisition.

Reporting to the Senior Director of SEM, you will optimize campaigns, budgets, bidding, and attribution while collaborating with analytics, product, and marketing teams. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ROAS improvement, and expansion of AI-enabled marketing tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEM/PPC (paid search) roles.
• Proven success in retail/e-commerce with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue and ROAS.
• Oversee budgets and allocate investments to maximize results.
• Optimize bidding, targeting, and ad group structure.
• Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions to identify opportunities.
• Lead testing on ad copy, bids, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Technology, and Marketing.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
