Job summary

Zing Recruiting in partnership with a leading staffing organization in the Augusta area is seeking a driven Selling Branch Manager to lead, grow, and actively sell for a high-performing commercial staffing branch. This hands-on leadership role will manage and develop a team while driving revenue through direct sales, client engagement, and new business development.

The role involves in-office work in Augusta, GA, with local travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in staffing sales or business development.
• Leadership or management experience in staffing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales efforts through prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading staffing organization in the Augusta, GA area, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Selling Branch Manager to lead, grow, and actively sell for a high-performing commercial staffing branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will not only manage and develop a team, but also drive revenue through direct sales, client engagement, and new business development.

Selling Branch Manager Job Summary

• Pay: $60K–$75K + commission
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (In-office, local travel required)
• Lead branch sales efforts through prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Utilize proven selling methodologies to drive revenue and achieve branch goals
• Develop pricing models, proposals, and service strategies to win and retain business
• Manage, coach, and develop a recruiting team to support sales and delivery
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and deliver solution-based staffing strategies
• Oversee branch budget and financial performance to ensure profitability
• Monitor team performance and enforce accountability to meet targets
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Workers’ Comp, Unemployment)
• Troubleshoot and resolve client and candidate issues as needed
• Be available for flexible hours and on-call responsibilities when necessary

Selling Branch Manager Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a staffing sales or business development role is required
• Previous leadership or management experience in a staffing environment preferred
• Strong track record of generating new business and growing accounts
• Excellent coaching, leadership, and team development skills
