Pacific Office Automation in Baker City, Oregon seeks a Selling Branch Manager to lead a small sales team, drive revenue, and provide tailored solutions to clients in a fast-paced office-technology environment.

You will coach the team, manage P&L, oversee hiring, and partner with operations to ensure top service. The role offers uncapped commissions and strong growth potential within a well-established regional dealer.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in a professional sales management position.
• Experience managing an outside sales team.
• Sales experience in the copier and printing industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Understand products and provide the best solutions to clients while supporting their needs.
• Manage and coach a growing sales branch of 1-2 sales representatives.

Position

Our fast-paced sales office is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team.

• Understanding our products and providing the best solutions to your clients while supporting your clients’ needs.
• Managing and coaching a growing sales branch of 1-2 sales representatives
• Coaching your team and developing them to their fullest potential
• Meeting and setting performance standards for the sales team
• Managing P&L and profitability of the branch
• Managing receivable turns for the branch
• Managing the hiring process
• Assisting operations department/administrative departments to assure all needs are met

Qualifications

• A proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota driven role
• Experience managing an outside sales team
• 5-6 years in a professional sales management position.
• Sales experience in the copier and printing industry preferred
