Job summary

Menlo Ventures is seeking a motivated university student for an internship in program management within our e-commerce portfolio. You will support end-to-end management of seller performance in key programs such as JBP and SBP under senior guidance.

You will assist with monitoring seller KPIs, cross-functional coordination with category management, operations, and account management, and help onboard sellers into foundational programs while clarifying eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplaces.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of seller performance within key strategic programs (JBP, SBP) under senior guidance.
• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on seller KPIs and program compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (category management, operations, account management) to align seller activities with platform goals.
• Support key account managers by helping onboarding into foundational programs and clarifying eligibility criteria.
• Contribute insights to inform updates to JBP/SBP program frameworks.
